Incorporating The Pantone Color of The Year in Your Wedding
11:25 AM
With the start of a new year, comes Pantone’s big
announcement – the Pantone Color of the Year. The 2017 color of the year is GREENERY! We’ve
put together our favorite ways to incorporate this color into your upcoming
nuptials.
Pantone describes the color of the year as, “A refreshing
and revitalizing shade, Greenery is symbolic of new beginnings.” With a color
that is the symbol of new beginnings, your wedding is sure to start off on the
right foot.
Our favorite ways to be inspired by Greenery..
Bridesmaids: Let
your favorite gals glow in a gorgeous shade of green. We love our Sorella Vita
bridesmaid gowns in Evergreen. A perfect homage to the Greenery shade while keeping
it neutral.
Décor: It’s easy
to add hints of green to your décor using various types of leaves and plants.
Think garlands of bay leaves and centerpieces with leafy accents. Even if you
don’t use the actual Greenery color, it’s easy to add little touches inspired
by the biggest color of the year.
Stationery: Sending
invites to your “I Do’s” will be sure to stick out in the mail if you use a
Greenery colored envelope. The invite is the first thing your guests will see
in regards to your wedding. Be bold and make a lasting impression!
Flowers: Keep it
green! Having a green floral bouquet is one trend we are loving. There are so
many different types of green flowers and plants to incorporate into a stunning,
neutral bouquet.
